At Endeavor, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for your peak performance. If your purchase isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
